09-12-2018  Cicero 21st on WBFSH Sire Ranking

Unbelievable! That was our first response to seeing the new WBFSH Sire Ranking. Incredibly proud and so happy for our white king Cicero Z van Paemel. Thanks to the good performances of his numerous offspring, he climbs no less than twenty places up to 21st place this year. So proud of our stallion! Cicero is available daily at Zangersheide during the breeding season.

03-12-2018  Kingston 10th GP Barcelona

Our Kingston van Paemel (Numero Uno x Randel Z) also moved to the stabled of Frenchman Aldrick Cheronnet. The new combination is starting to know each other and is doing well. Last weekend they achieved a 10th place in the 1m45 Grand Prix of CSI2* Barcelona with a time penalty.

12-11-2018  Cuba Libre wins loose jumping - Jaguar 8th GP Oliva

After Cuba Libre van Paemel Z (Cicero Z x Calvaro Z) did well during the loose jumping in Ghlin, we took him to Wambeek. During the final of the Belgian Free Jump Tour at Sportstal Vanderhasselt, Cuba Libre actually jumped even better, which earned him the victory in the National Free Jump Contest for two-year-old male horses. During the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour in Oliva our Jaguar van Paemel (Cicero Z x Sandro Z) became 8th in the 1m40 Grand Prix under the saddle of Aldrick Cheronnet.

02-10-2018  Goodbye Rendez-Vous van Paemel

Dear Rendez-Vous, RV'ke, la mama... With you we lose the Queen of our stable. Your great personality will be greatly missed here. A lady with character, sparkling with energy, but with a golden heart. You always had to be caressed before you started eating. With Cicero you have of course given us the best gift. Thank you for all those beautiful years, although there were not enough of them. A large void remains behind now that you are gone. Fortunately you live on in all your children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. And especially in our heart. Rest in peace RV.

09-09-2018  Cuba Libre 6th loose jumping

We went with our two-year-old stallion Cuba Libre van Paemel Z (Cicero Z x Calvaro Z) to Ghlin for a loose jumping competition. With an 18 for power the big gray ended up on a nice 6th place.

13-08-2018  Jamaica 7th 1m60 GP

Last weekend there was again a great performance from Jamaica van Paemel. The Cicero Z daughter of Fortuna van Paemel (Darco x Remondo) gained a 7th place in the 1m60 Grand Prix of CSI3* Bromont under the saddle of Mario Deslauriers. The Belgian Championship for Young Horses was held in Gèsves. Our Zangersheide approved Balouto van Paemel Z (Baloubet du Rouet x Colman) jumped a nice clear first qualifier, but got a bad luck fault in the second round. This unfortunately meant no final with Frederik Dekens, but we are very pleased with his performance over the whole year!

06-08-2018  Jaguar 10th

Our Jaguar van Paemel (Cicero Z x Sandro) moved a few months ago to the stables of the French rider Aldrick Cheronnet. The new combination gained a 10th place in a 1m40 class during the CSI Courlans - Lons le Saunier.

22-07-2017  Balouto clear in Gesves

The final round of the STX cycle was held in Gèsves. Our four-year-old Balouto van Paemel Z (Baloubet du Rouet x Colman) once again confirmed his true competitive spirit by jumping a clear round with Frederik Dekens. In the final ranking of the STX cycle for four-year-old horses, this result brings Balouto to a great 11th place overall. Nikita van Paemel Z (Numero Uno x Randel Z) also jumped clear with Jelle Limbourg in a class for four-year-old horses during the HGVBB competition at Mivaro.

09-07-2017  Jamaica 2nd in Calgary

Jamaica van Paemel (Cicero Z x Darco) achieved a good result in Calgary. During the five-star competition, the mare ended up in second place in a 1m45 class with Mario Deslauriers.

24-06-2018  Balouto clear in Mons

This week, the next leg of the STX cycle took place in Mons, Ghlin. Our four-year-old Zangersheide approved Balouto van Paemel Z (Baloubet du Rouet x Colman) stayed once again far from the fences. In this way Balouto and Frederik Dekens were able to record another clear round.

11-06-2018  Balouto again clear cycle Kuringen

Balouto van Paemel Z (Baloubet du Rouet x Colman) confirmed his good form by also jumping a clear round during the cycle competition in Kuringen under Frederik Dekens. Balouto is available daily with fresh semen at Hengstenhouderij Dekens.

28-05-2018  Balouto clear cyclus Basècles

Frederik Dekens also managed to steer Balouto van Paemel Z (Baloubet du Rouet x Colman) clear in the four-year-old horses during the STX cycle in Basècles. We are already curious about what the future will bring for this approved stallion!

14-05-2018  Kingston, Mambo and Balouto clear

Balouto van Paemel Z also confirmed during the STX cycle competition in Sint-Niklaas. The four-year-old Zangersheide approved Baloubet du Rouet x Colman son jumped nicely clear with Frederik Dekens. In Sentower Park in Opglabbeek Kingston van Paemel (Numero Uno x Randel Z) gained an 8th place in a 1m35 class with Filip Lacus. With Mambo van Paemel (Ugano Sitte x Darco) he stayed three days clear in the classes for six-year-old horses. This resulted in a 4th place in the final, after an ealier 10th place.

30-04-2018  Van Paemel horses jump clear

The powerful Festo van Paemel (Cicero Z x Darco) was able to add another placing to his list last weekend. Under Camilla Franci he jumped to an 8th place in the 1m45 Grand Prix of CSI2* Samorin.   At the Azelfhof in Lier we again had a clear round for our four-year-old Balouto van Paemel Z (Baloubet du Rouet x Colman). With Frederik Dekens he remained far from the fences in this leg of the STX cycle. Luna van Paemel (Numero Uno x Randel Z) also did well in the cycle. Together with Jelle Limbourg, she gained an 8th place in the class for seven-year-old horses. During CSI Bonheiden, Filip Lacus saddled our two stallions Kingston van Paemel (Numero Uno x Randel Z) and Mambo van Paemel (Ugano Sitte x Darco). For Kingston there was a 10th place in a 1m40 class. In the class for six-year-old horses, Mambo jumped double clear with Filip Lacus.

02-04-2018  Balouto clear in first leg of STX cyclus

After the nice results in the PAVO stallion competition, our four-year-old Balouto van Paemel Z (Baloubet du Rouet x Colman) has now started the STX cycle well. At Stal Hulsterlo in Meerdonk he immediately jumped a clear round with Frederik Dekens. Balouto is available with fresh semen at Hengstenhouderij Dekens.

12-03-2018  Balouto and Mambo clear SC Gesves

Our Zangersheide approved stallions Balouto van Paemel Z (Baloubet du Rouet x Colman) and Mambo van Paemel (Ugano Sitte x Darco) did well again in the PAVO stallion competition in Gesves. Balouto jumped nicely clear with Frederik Dekens in the four-year-old stallions. The six-year-old Mambo did it clear with Filip Lacus and gained an 8th place. During the loose jumping competition in Wambeek, Kili Watch van Paemel Z (Kannan x Carthago Z) ended on a 5th place. At the end of last month, Festo van Paemel (Cicero Z x Darco) managed to stay clear in a 1m45 class with Camilla Franci during CSI Vilamoura.

17-02-2018  Cicero 41st WBFSH Sire Ranking!

The corrected WBFSH Sire Ranking was finally published! The Sire Ranking can traditionally be consulted in mid-November. However, a mistake appeared to have been made in the scoring of the offspring of our Cicero Z van Paemel. This was now corrected so that Cicero is in 41st place. We are therefore very proud of our apple of the eye, who is rising for the third year in a row.

12-02-2018  Balouto clear SC Opglabbeek

During the second leg of the PAVO Stallion competition, our Balouto van Paemel Z stayed far from the fences. The four-year-old Baloubet du Rouet x Colman son jumped nicely clear under the saddle of Frederik Dekens at Sentower Park in Opglabbeek.

22-01-2018  Balouto clear SC Lier

Traditionally, the stallion licensing of the BWP is scheduled at the end of January. This also means the start of the PAVO stallion competition. In the Azelhof in Lier, our four-year-old Zangersheide approved Balouto van Paemel Z (Baloubet du Rouet x Colman) made his first appearance. Under Frederik Dekens, Balouto immediately jumped a nice clear round. At the stallion licensing an Iron Man vd Padenborre son out our homebred Farahdiba van Paemel (Cicero Z x Skippy II) was selected for the third phase. In the following Stallion Auction Pifte vh Houtemhof vwas sold for the nice amount of 48,000 euros.

Our Zangersheide approved stallion Kingston van Paemel (Numero Uno x Randel Z) jumped to a 10th place in the class for seven-year-old stallions with Filip Lacus during Jumping Mechelen.
